Loan Counselors play a key role in retaining student loan clients for our customers. While a scripted environment, your sales skills and attention to detail and follow-through are crucial success. Our LCs initiate sales calls to existing customers, assess their financial needs, address questions as well as offer the best financial solutions, all with the goal of retaining this loan package. Loan applications are completed over the phone (in many cases) with high attention to detail as well as confidentiality.
Our current staff has backgrounds in all manner of sales and service fields: retail and automotive sales, banking or financial services, telemarketing, telesales, outbound call centers, customer service with heavy up-selling, member services and collections. Position requirements:
- Consultative sales approach, with 1+ year s sales or sales-related customer service experience
- Motivated by commissions and earnings potential
- Excellent phone communication, listening, negotiations and sales close skills
- Able to prioritize and manage daily workload, follow-up appropriately and maximize on sales window of opportunity

Medical Audit (click to

Identify claims that were improperly processed, follow established policies
and procedures in researching, investigating and auditing the claims information.
This may include making phone contacts with employer groups, insurance
agents/brokers/consultants, doctor groups, hospitals and insurance coordinators
as you gather information. You will be the main liaison for accounts of
all sizes, forming relationships with employers, insurers and medical
providers alike. Additionally, this position is responsible for completing
all necessary processes to complete and finalize inappropriately processed
claims identified through the audit process. Position requirements:
- 3+ years work experience as an auditor or medical billing analyst: Related experience could be in business debt collection, hospital billing, Medicare/Medicaid billing, etc.
- Strong medical claims experience and understanding of healthcare reimbursement preferred
- Understanding of business service functions including billing, collections, insurance, and appeals
- Ability to professionally work issues involving medical compliance, policies and procedures
- Keyboarding and PC skills, including basic word processing
- Solid negotiation and communication skills
- Medical coding and terminology a plus
- Education: prefer AA in business, communications or related field
